Licensed Legal Advisor Tomasz Czapczyński (born in 1971), specializes in the areas of law related to administration, local government and public procurement as well as civil law and civil and investment procedure. He has been providing legal services to business entities and organizational units and bodies of local government for many years. Mr. Czapczyński is an expert in business negotiations. He co-operates on a permanent basis with the international consulting group ICG, set up by legal offices from many countries and is also an experienced litigator.
