Attorney-at-law Igor Powązka (born in 1972), specializes in the following areas of law: administrative, local government, penal, public procurement, civil and commercial. For many years Mr. Powązka has been providing legal assistance to public finance sector units, among others to the Municipality of Rudna and numerous organizational bodies of local government units, e.g. Musical Theatre CAPITOL in Wrocław, Municipal Social Care Centre in Rudna, Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji w Głogowie (Głogów Water Supply and Sewage Company), as well as Wrocław 2012 Sp. z o.o.. He has also, since 1997, co-operated with a number of entities from the energy sector as regards privatization and commercialization of power enterprises in Poland, including companies such as: Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A. (Wrocław Combined Heat and Power Plant KOGENERACJA), Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej w Gorzowie Sp. z o.o.(Gorzów Heat Power Plant), Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej w Toruniu Sp. z o.o. (Toruń Heat Power Plant) and Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Wrocław SA. (Wrocław Municipal Heat Power Plant). He has participated in establishing new entities in the power industry, e.g. Elektrociepłownia Kielce Sp. z o.o. (Kielce Heat and Power Plant). He has also co-operated with many business entities in the areas of commercial, tax and finance law, providing legal advice to such enterprises as: KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and Boart Longyear Sp. z o.o. Mr. Powązka co-operates on a regular basis with the counseling company SJOS Sp. z o.o., which deals with business processes occurring in Polish industry with special focus on the power industry.
